CASA attempts to fulfill IDPA’s goals of providing safe application of defensive shooting skills. Our matches combine realistic defensive scenarios with challenging shooting situations. We are lucky to have a facility that has several different types of targets and an area large enough to engage in the full gamut of defensive practical shooting. More important than the place though are the people, and ours are the best. Whether you’re a new, Unclassified shooter or a Distinguished Master, we strive to provide demanding matches that will test and improve your shooting and gun handling ability.

Our matches are generally the 3rd Saturday of each month. Please take a look at the IDPA website for rules and equipment requirements and if you think this is a sport for you, come join us. You do not have to be a CASA member to join us for an IDPA match.

If you would like to submit a IDPA stage for possible use in upcoming matches please download the CASA IDPA Design Template (Microsoft PowerPoint Format). Stages must be submitted to the current IDPA director (email on contacts page) once it is reviewed it will be considered for use in a future match.

Steel Challenge Monthly Match

Hello Steel Shooters!

CASA will be having our monthly Steel Challenge match on Saturday, March 9th @ 1:00 pm

• Sign-in: 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm, please arrive by 12:30 pm

• Start Time: 1:00 pm

• Match fee $10 per gun. Youth $5 per gun.

• This will be a classifier match with 5 to 6 stages and a minimum of 125 rounds, please bring plenty of ammunition

• Pre-register at https://practiscore.com/casa-steel-challenge-mar-2019/register

Note: If you’re a first-time shooter at CASA, please come early and let the sign-in crew know so we can do a safety walk-through with you.

Also, you will need know your gun division which mirrors USPSA divisions. If you’re not sure of your division, we’ll help you figure it out at sign-in.

Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather Sunday we will be CANCELLING the USPSA Club Match, Sunday March 3^rd. We will make the match up at a later date.

Don’t forget the Hillbilly Classic USPSA Match will be May 5^th @ 8am. More details coming soon!

IDPA Club Match and Classifier Match

CASA will be hosting our monthly IDPA match and IDPA classifier on Saturday, Feb. 16th. @ 10am

Sign in: 9:15 am – 9:45 am, please arrive by 9:30 am
New shooters safety briefing: 9:45 am
Start time: 10:00 am (WINTER HOURS)
Match fee is $10.00 for the regular monthly match and $10.00 to shoot the classifier.
The regular monthly match will have 4 stages with a round count of 60 +-.
The classifier will be the abbreviated 5 X 5. The round count for the classifier is 25.
Note – Please complete a registration for each division that you intent to shoot/classify. Practiscore will only accept registration for one division at a time.
Practiscore pre-registration is available now. Pre-registration is encouraged.
