USPSA May 2014 Stages

CASA will be holding our monthly USPSA Match on Sunday, May 4^th. We are planning to shoot 6 stages with a round count of 160+. Match fee is $15.

Extended forecast looks good, but with my luck there could be a monsoon 🙂 Temps are projected to be in the low to mid 80’s and we will have water available on the range.

You can pre-register for the match so you can shoot with your friends https://clubs.practiscore.com

We will be setting up on Saturday morning starting at 9am and as always your help is greatly appreciated!

Sign-in will begin at 9:15 am and end at 9:45 am. Please make sure you are at the range and ready to sign-in no later than 9:30am. Shooter’s meeting will begin as close to 10 am as possible.

As always we need help ROing and Scoring!!!

IDPA and Steel Challenge—-All in one day!!!!

That’s right shooters, a chance for two great matches in one trip to the range!!! All on Saturday, April 12. We’re offering this opportunity to accommodate our club spring work day set for the following the weekend.

IDPA- Set up begins at 0730 and help is always appreciated. Stages don’t set themselves up and the more participants we have the easier it is for all so come out and help. Registration will open at 0930 with shooting beginning as close to 1000 as possible. There will be four challenging and fun stages of fire so bring lots of ammo. Match fee is $10.00.

Steel Challenge- Registration will open as soon as IDPA is complete but no later than 1230. Shooting begins at 1300. Match fee is $10.00 and there will be four stages of fire. This will be a great opportunity to start getting you trigger finger in shape for our Natural State Steel Challenge Championship scheduled for June 28 & 29.

The weather is looking good (finally!!!), the opportunities for fun are plentiful and what better way is there to spend a Saturday. Come out shoot both match or just take your pick. Tell a friend. We look forward to seeing you at the range.

The date of CASA’s Fall Brawl, our IDPA sanctioned match, has move to October 18^th. This is necessary to avoid conflicts with other regional events.

USPSA MATCH MOVED TO SATURDAY, APRIL 5th

PLEASE NOTE: We are moving the April 6^th USPSA Match to APRIL 5^th, SATURDAY due to the potential risk of inclement weather on Sunday, April 6^th.

We wanted to make this decision as soon as possible to give those that are coming from out of town or have plans on Saturday adequate time to rearrange their schedules if needed.

USPSA Special Classifier Match – SATURDAY, March 29th- REMINDER

March 24, 2014

MARCH 29^TH (SATURDAY) we will be holding a USPSA Special Classifier Match with 5 classifier stages and at least two field stages.

Currently we are only allowing one gun, but that could change based on the number of participants. If we do allow a second gun a classification fee will be required for the second gun. Match fee is $20 and additional gun if allowed is $5. Sign-in will be from 9:15 to 9:45 and Match will start at 10am.

We will be doing setup on Friday starting around 12pm any help will be greatly appreciated.

Stages have been attached and field courses are subject to change, classifiers will not be changed. March 29 Classifier USPSA Match Stages

We will have our regular Monthly USPSA Club Match on April 6^th. We will be doing setup on Saturday starting at 9am and as always any help will be greatly appreciated.

We will also be using Practiscore once again to allow you to register for the matches and squad with your friends. You are not required to register before the match, however it will help us squad and have a better idea of the number of participants. Sign-in and payment will be handled on match day.
